New pet in the O'Brien house
Meet my little friend - found him all alone, mooching around my plate under the lettuce! And it was bagged lettuce! #Survivor!
Monkfish & Home Grown Vegetables
I brought home some monkfish tails from Tesco the other day, baked them in some spices, fried some tomatoes & peppers from the greenhouse and some courgette from my sister Jennifer. Added a dollop of pesto and was digging when I thought,"man, this is so good - I should take a picture of it!"
